If you are having a challenging time, it’s OK to seek help and support. Even if you feel like people aren’t listening or won’t take action – DON’T GIVE UP. Call our 24/7 emergency line on +64 9 884 8401 if you need assistance.

Emergencies

If you are in a life-threatening situation or in case of emergency – call 111. This will connect you to to ambulance, fire brigade and police services.

If you are feeling sick / need to see a doctor for general health and wellbeing

Let your host know if you are feeling sick. If it is not an emergency, they can help you find a local doctor. Please take you medical insurance card with you to your appointment. There are also a number of telehealth services available in New Zealand. 0800 611 116 is the number for medical assistance after 6:00pm at night and before 6:00am in the morning.
